About Marlo Scott-Brown
Marlo began her journey into the hair industry by braiding hair in her living room. A new world filled with videos and hair magazines brought hair trends to a whole new level. There began a new desire for braids and natural looking styles. In 1997, Marlo learned of a license to braid professionally. She attended Orange Park Beauty Academy in Jacksonville, Florida. Returning to St. Petersburg with her new and unusual license, she was given her first job by William Bennet of Dr. Frogue's Hair Styling. Her drive to learn more and more about her calling in Natural Hair Care has taken her to Atlanta, GA for classes, and the Natural Hair & Beauty Show which she still attends annually. In 2005 Marlo attended the Manhattan Hair Academy.
Since then her work and service to her clients speaks for itself. Now, 10 years later, Marlo is still offering a professional service to clients in Pinellas County and surrounding areas.
